enhance research capability, we increase space
from 400 level ground to 800 level ground for
accommodating the need for precision instruments.

up the policy for recruiting chair professors,
provide quota of char professors, assist in
recruiting part time chair professor in the
featured research field.

Establishing benchmarking framework for the
college department：
3-year long appropriation of 30 million NT$
dollars per year is planned for solidifying already
developed featured domain
and
furthering the overall academic development.

Recruiting students in the featured field：
to
accommodate the number of students and classes
to COE Project, an increase of one undergraduate
class to Chemical Engineering Department is
made.
